REGISTRATION

To register for the 2005 SILS, please complete the registration form (you can download the PDF or MS Word version) and return by email or fax. Registration still open but spaces filling fast!.

If there are still spaces after May 1, 2005, we will continue to accept registrations, however if you are traveling from outside Victoria, you will also need to ensure your travel and accommodations are booked by this date as well.

Registration Fees

A reminder that registration fees for the 2005 SILS are paid by all delegates and presenters. The regular registration fee is $110 (CDN), and Student Registration fee is $50 (CDN).

Payment by Credit Card

If you wish to pay your registration fee by credit card, you can call the SILS Co-ordinator at (250) 383-1342 or on her cell phone at (250) 361-5345, with your credit card number, expiry date, the full name on the card, address and phone number and we will process your registration fee by phone.

US State Department travel advisory for US citizens visiting Canada:
CANADA – Passport or proof of U.S. citizenship such as a birth certificate, naturalization certificate, and photo ID required. Minors (under 16) traveling alone or in someone else's custody must present written authorization, signed before a notary, from the parent(s) or guardian. Visas are not required. Canadian immigration officials at ports of entry will issue persons planning to stay longer than 180 days a visitor's record. Anyone with a criminal record (including a DWI charge) should contact the Canadian Embassy or nearest Consulate General before travel. U.S. citizens entering Canada from a third country must have a valid passport.
